Royal National Children's SpringBoard Foundation (RNCSF) is a children’s charity creating life-changing pathways for children and young people. We work at the heart of a network of schools, local authorities, and community partners, driving access to high-quality care, education, and opportunity for care-experienced children and those from communities where opportunities are scarce.
Working across leading schools, with community organisations, schools umbrella bodies, Local Authorities and the Department for Education we shape and influence policy.

What We Do
Our programmes focus on the children and young people facing the greatest barriers: care-experienced children and those from low-income families in communities where opportunities are limited.
School placements across the UK
Partnering with over 200 boarding and independent schools to unlock fully-funded bursary places, and with local authorities to commission placements that support care stability.
Higher Education & Employment
Structured mentoring, career guidance, and pathways to apprenticeships, supporting the journey from school into fulfilling futures.
