Make an Impact with RNCSF
Your support goes directly toward helping vulnerable young people access better life chances. Beyond the individual, it drives system-wide change across education — embracing diversity, broadening pupils' experiences, and creating a ripple effect that opens minds and builds connections.
These goals are now more important than ever.
Thank you for helping us reach them.
Your donation is a
powerful multiplier
Since our core operating costs are covered, when someone donates to RNCSF, they can be reassured that their money directly supports a pupil placement.
For every £1 donated, we leverage around £9 of
support from independent schools.
Whether it’s one-off or recurring donations, you can be reassured that your money directly supports a pupil placement because our core operating costs are already covered.
We contribute a small grant (typically £5,000 per pupil per year) to leverage significant fee remission provided by the schools themselves. That means your contribution delivers far greater impact than its face value.

Share of your estate
This is a percentage of your estate after all other gifts and expenses have been paid. Many people choose to add a percentage of their estate to RNCSF as this means our gift remains in proportion to what they want to leave to loved ones.
A specific sum
This is a gift of a set amount of money.
A specific item
This could be something of value such as jewellery, a painting, property or shares.

Yes, at the moment, if you leave a gift to RNCSF in your will it will not be included when valuing your estate for Inheritance Tax purposes. The value of your gift will be deducted from your estate before Inheritance Tax is applied.
However, Inheritance Tax rules can change so it’s always best to discuss your will and the type of gift you might like to leave with your solicitor.

Corporate support makes a real impact
Our corporate partners help us nurture our SpringBoarders’ leadership potential and provide networking and career opportunities.
Since the launch of the Alumni Programme in 2020, our network of partners has grown from seven to 26 organisations, offering valuable support through mentorship, graduate career opportunities, bursary funding, work experience placements, workshops, webinars, and advocacy.
“We had our first set of interns in early 2024. My goodness, they were impressive, and our staff have said they were fantastic and would have hired them like a shot. When they graduate, they should come back and see us.”
Trusts and foundations
Trusts and foundations make up over 50% of our funding, and this support has been crucial in making a positive impact on hundreds of children and their home communities across the UK. With particular thanks to the generosity of the following organisations:
