Ali is the CEO of Royal National Children's SpringBoard Foundation. Previously working at 10 Downing Street, for local government and in various charity roles, Ali brings over 15 years’ experience of leading programmes and policies to address social inequality.
Prior to becoming CEO, Ali also led Royal SpringBoard’s focus
on impact and learning.

Sandra is passionate about supporting young people to overcome any barriers so that they can achieve their full potential. With experience managing the Metropolitan Black Police Association’s accredited VOYAGE programme, a highly successful Youth Leadership programme at Oxford University and strategic lead at Catalyst Housing, Sandra has also led capacity building with local voluntary sector groups and local authorities alongside London Action Trust and Young Brent Foundation.
As our Director of Programmes, Sandra brings with her over 30 years of management experience that spans the corporate, public and charitable sectors.

Cathy has over 20 years’ experience in education, including roles as Head of House at Highgate School, Assistant Headteacher at Sheffield Girls’ GDST and an Education Consultant. She has worked extensively with young people and their families to safeguard their wellbeing and help them develop their emotional and academic confidence.
Cathy holds a master’s in psychology and education, with her dissertation focusing on the link between mental health and executive function in disadvantaged and vulnerable students.

As the previous Royal SpringBoard representative within one of our accredited schools and 5 years' experience of working in boarding, Claire brings first-hand knowledge of school-partner liaison to the charity.

Passionate about tackling social inequality, Naomi has 16 years of fundraising experience, primarily working with charities supporting disadvantaged children and families in inner London.
Naomi joined Royal SpringBoard after working with The SpringBoard Bursary Foundation on a consultancy basis. She is also a Trustee of Westminster-based charities, DreamArts and ETAT.
